One place for each kind of post
Putting a post in the right place gets it answered faster, and keeps bug reports from getting lost among questions.
Q&A
Setup, routing, MIDI, tones: any “how do I…” question. When a reply solves it, mark it as the answer so the next person finds it.
Preset Sharing
A chain that works for you: a screenshot, the settings that matter, and links to the amp capture and IR.
Ideas
Feature requests and workflow wishes. Upvote the ones you want; votes show what matters most.
Bug reports
Something is broken: a crash, dropouts, an interface that will not connect. A short form collects what we need to reproduce it.

Preset Sharing
Share a preset as a recipe
NAM FX does not export preset files yet, so a shared preset is a recipe someone else can rebuild in a minute. The form asks for these:
- A screenshot of the chain, plus any block whose settings matter.
- The amp capture: a TONE3000 link, or the capture’s name and creator.
- The IR, if you use one, and where to get it.
- Your guitar, pickups and interface. They change how the same preset sounds.
- Optional: a short audio or video clip.
Link to captures and IRs instead of attaching the files. Many are published under terms that do not allow re-uploading, and a link keeps the credit with the creator. Attach a file only if you made it yourself.
Bug reports
A report we can reproduce gets fixed first
Search the open issues first; if yours is there, add your device to it instead of opening a new one. The form asks for:
- Device and OS version, for example “iPad Pro 11-inch (M4), iPadOS 26.0”.
- App version, shown in Settings › About.
- Audio interface and how it is connected (USB-C, adapter, built-in mic, Bluetooth).
- The steps that make it happen, and how often.
Diagnostics
Settings › About › Share diagnostics exports the audio log and crash reports. They include your audio device names, and anything attached to an issue is public. To keep them private, email them to support@pickandtune.com with the issue number.
